Bio
As a teacher you need to creative, kind, open-minded, and be ready to jump in with both feet. You will get to work side by side with other amazing teachers as well as EA's, counselors, and PTA parents.
Education
There is the basic schooling you must go trough and you need a Bachelor's in teaching. You will also have to take certain test and such depending on where you are wanting to teach and the states regulations.
Employment
The job description is this, you need to be able to know how to teach students in creative ways so that they grasp the material and have fun while doing so. You have to be mindful of all students and have good communication skills as well.
Also remember that in the community it's not only other teachers. You have your students who you have to talk to in a way they can understand but still hold authority. With other teachers in the community you must be respectful and also with the principle l of the school. They are your boss so show them lots respect and try and be professional with them.
